Shipping & Returns

4. DELIVERY TERMS

4.1. Products are handed over to the courier within 3–7 business days after the payment is confirmed.
4.2. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer during checkout.
4.3. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any justification.
5.2. Products returned under the right of withdrawal must be unused and in resellable condition.
5.3. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the Buyer.
5.4. Once the returned product is received, the product price will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.

6. PRODUCT DAMAGES

If damage is detected during delivery, the Buyer must request a damage report from the courier officer and refuse to accept the product.

7. WARRANTY

For metal products, if a manufacturing defect is detected, the Seller reserves the right to replace the product or provide a refund.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade shall be authorized.

9. EFFECTIVENESS (ENFORCEMENT)

By placing an order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this agreement.
