Buyer:
The person who places an order through the website.
The Buyer’s address, phone number, and e-mail information provided during checkout are taken as the basis.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement covers the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and delivery of goods/services within the scope of the order placed electronically by the BUYER via the website [Chalybes.net], in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The type, quantity, price, and taxes of the purchased product(s) are specified in the order summary.

4. DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery is made to the address specified by the BUYER.
Under normal circumstances, orders are shipped within 3–7 business days.

5. PAYMENT DETAILS

The BUYER shall make the payment using the payment methods provided through Shopify.

6. RETURN CONDITIONS

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The return process is carried out in accordance with the Distance Sales Regulation.

7. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Products that are custom-made, require hygiene, or whose packaging has been opened are not eligible for return.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes, the BUYER may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee in their district of residence.

9. EFFECTIVENESS (ENFORCEMENT)

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement upon completing the payment.
